1991-1992 Armadale Apartments – Amardale, Melbourne. Full refurbishment of all units to modern standards.
1992-1994 G-G Towers Lakemba, Sydney. Greenfield residential complex of a total of 60 units of both 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. I project managed and controlled all finances for this project.
1994-1996 Landmark residential complex Kent Street, Sydney CBD. Major excavations for underground car parks, luxury finishes in a central location.
